Statutory withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. Accepting the purchase terms does not request a waiver or consent to lose this right through immediate delivery. Accessing the course does not by itself provide that consent. Mandatory remedies are unaffected.
Voluntary refund policy
Requests within 14 calendar days are reviewed individually, not guaranteed. Eligibility requires no substantial use (over 25% of lessons, resource downloads or included tool/credit use), previous refund, license breach or open dispute on that payment. We may approve all or part, or explain a refusal. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded. We reply within five business days; approved refunds return through the original processor.
How to request a refund or withdraw
Request withdrawal or a voluntary refund from My purchases or through support. Include the purchase email and order reference. No reason is needed for valid statutory withdrawal. A request is recorded for review; it does not automatically issue a refund or cancel access. The voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights.
