Data used by this website
The website receives information needed to serve each request, including network and browser information. It remembers your chosen language, pricing region and appearance using cookies. Country-level pricing may use a country header supplied by the hosting provider; language does not determine your country.
Purpose and legal basis
We use necessary request data to operate and protect the website, and preference cookies to provide the settings you request. These operations rely on legitimate interests or providing the requested service, as applicable. Optional analytics and advertising require your consent. No optional measurement provider is currently active.
Payments and support
When payments are enabled, Stripe processes checkout details under its own privacy terms. Purchase and support information is used to perform the contract, answer requests and meet applicable accounting obligations. AvatarBoom does not ask you to send card details by email. If you connect Discord, we use your Discord account identifier to add you to the server and manage your course role. We do not send payment-card details to Discord.
Retention and your rights
Language, region and appearance preferences last up to one year; cookie choices last up to 180 days. You can delete them in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority.
